NTG/Services/Telephony

We engineer the phone system. We don't resell one.

NTG designs, builds and runs its own telephony platforms — and supports every call that crosses them. Business communications that are solid, reliable and affordable, without the gimmicks. Phones you'll actually love.

What we provide

Everything between the caller and the conversation.

A complete voice platform and the people to run it — for a five-person office, a global enterprise, or a contact center.

Business phone systems

Hosted PBX with extensions, auto-attendants, hunt groups, voicemail, softphones and desk phones — designed around how your business actually answers calls.

Contact-center telephony

Queues, skills-based routing, IVR, call recording, live monitoring and reporting for teams that live on the phone.

Carrier & trunking

SIP trunking, number porting and local and international numbers, managed so you don't juggle carriers.

Integrations

Connect calls to your CRM, ticketing and line-of-business applications so context follows the conversation.

Reliability & compliance

Redundancy, monitoring and regulatory requirements — including emergency calling — designed in from the first day, not bolted on.

Support & monitoring

Real engineers, proactive monitoring and a single throat to choke when a call quality complaint lands.

Anatomy of a call

Every hop is software we control.

A call is a chain of decisions. On a resold platform, most of them belong to someone else. On ours, they're all engineers you can talk to.

Why engineered in-house

The phone company that's actually a technology company.

01

Engineered, not resold

There's no platform vendor between you and the people who can fix a problem or add a feature. We own the stack, so we can change it.

02

Supported by its builders

When call quality dips or a routing rule misbehaves, you're talking to engineers with access to the code — not reading a status page.

03

Part of one system

Voice sits alongside NTG's ticketing, chat and monitoring, so calls create context instead of losing it. See our stack

Who it's for

From the front desk to the contact center.

Telephony is where reliability is felt first. NTG builds for the businesses that can't afford a dead line.

  • 01

    Businesses of every size

Clinics, law firms, dealerships, hotels, manufacturers, enterprises — anywhere the phone is the front door.

  • 02

    Contact centers

Queues, routing and reporting for teams that handle volume — on our platform, with our people if you like. See Staffing.

  • 03

    MSPs & IT firms

Add voice to your service catalog under your brand, without building or reselling a platform. See MSP Services.

  • 04

    Global organizations

Numbers, routing and support across the US, Latin America and Europe from a single design.

Switching

Changing phone systems is stressful. It doesn't have to be.

  1. 01

    Assess & design

We map how calls flow today, what's broken, and what should change — then design the target platform.

  2. 02

    Port & prepare

We handle number porting paperwork and timing, build call flows, and stage equipment and softphones.

  3. 03

    Pilot

A small group goes first. Routing, hours, voicemail and integrations are tested with real calls.

  4. 04

    Cut over & support

Coordinated cutover, hands-on support during the first days, and ongoing engineering behind it.

Questions

Telephony, answered.

Can you port our existing numbers?

Yes. Number porting is part of every migration; we manage the carrier paperwork and coordinate timing so there's no gap in service.

Does it work for remote and hybrid teams?

Yes — extensions follow people to desk phones, computers and mobile devices, with the same routing and voicemail everywhere.

Is this only for large organizations?

No. Small offices are the heart of it. The same platform scales from a handful of extensions up to full contact centers.

What about emergency calling?

Emergency-calling configuration is part of every deployment plan, and we'll walk you through the requirements for your locations and users.

Do you support our existing phones?

Often, yes. During assessment we'll tell you which equipment is worth keeping and which will cost you more in headaches than it saves.

Let's talk

Let's talk about your phones.

Tell us what you run today and what's frustrating about it. We'll show you what an engineered platform looks like.
